삼성물산이 서울 송파구 한양3차아파트 재건축 사업의 시공사로 최종 선정됨.

규모: 지하 3층~지상 33층, 6개 동, 507가구

공사비: 2595억 원

인근 시설: 방이역(도보 300m), 초·중·고교 다수

 

대림가락아파트와 통합 재건축

• 한양3차와 대림가락아파트를 하나의 단지처럼 운영
• 단지명: ‘래미안 비아채(가칭)’
• 총 1374가구 규모

특징

• 단지 경계 제거, 조경 및 커뮤니티 시설 공동 사용
• 고급 커뮤니티 시설 확대 (991평 → 1118평으로 20% 확장)
  • 스터디 라운지, 독서실, 세미나실 (중층)
  • 피트니스, 카페, 미팅룸 (아래층)

삼성물산은 이번 프로젝트가 새로운 재건축 모델로, 향후 주거 만족도를 높이는 방향으로 추진될 것이라고 했음.

• Construction Cost: ₩259.5 billion

Integrated Redevelopment with Daelim Garak Apartment

• Hanyang 3rd and Daelim Garak Apartments to be operated as a single complex
• Tentative complex name: "Raemian Viachae"
• Total 1,374 units after integration

• Removal of complex boundaries for shared landscaping and community facilities
• Expansion of premium community facilities (from 991 pyeong to 1,118 pyeong, a 20% increase)
  • Study lounge, reading room, seminar rooms (mid-level floors)
  • Fitness center, café, meeting rooms (lower floors)

Samsung C&T emphasized that this project introduces a new model of integrated redevelopment, aiming to enhance residential satisfaction with innovative design and premium amenities.
